Screening

All applications are reviewed one by one in search of great candidates. Phone calls are made, and questions answered making sure only qualified candidates make it to our interviewing process.

Interviewing

Every applicant that has been pre-screened, sits down and is interviewed by one of our Staffing Coordinators. We spend time to understand the applicant's work history and their job placement goals. By understanding their needs, we are able to successfully match them according to our business partners hiring requirements.

Hiring

After a series of well-organized selection processes in our recruiting we extend a job offer and complete all pre-employment requirements

Payroll

Our payroll specialist team process and manages all hours, tax reporting, workers compensation and paycheck printing in house. If you have any questions or concerns, we are able to respond immediately.
